Lift Yourself Up ~ In-person and ZOOM 75-Minute Breath-Led Yoga

Mondays 8:45 a.m. and Thursdays 10 a.m. with Jen here at TLC, or on  ZOOM  ~ your choice.

Join us as we use breath and movement to explore ways to lift ourselves up. As the light shortens each day, we create our own inner fire in our group. Each class will have a focus on lifting up the body, the attitude, the breath, and the heart. Everyone can do these yoga postures, breath exercises, and meditations. Our brief discussion will include exploring what lifts (and deflates) us. Plan for a fun, relaxing 75 minutes with time for quiet reflection time and group share opportunities. This series has 7 classes, but feel free to come any one or combination that suits you.

– $15 for 1 class
– $55 for 4 classes
– $100 for 8 classes

Monday Evenings  ~  Fall Gentle Yoga

Mondays ~ 6:30-7:45 pm ~ Nov 7, 12, 21, 28 Dec 5, 12, and 19

Finish 2022 with Laurie! An after the workday class that everyone can do. Fall is the perfect time to slow down at the end of the day and give attention to the quiet miracle that is your breath.  Join us!

 If you can breathe, you can do it. No experience necessary. Just bring your sweet self.
