Breath-Led Hatha Yoga

Drop in: $14 for 75 min. class

Mondays 8:45 a.m. and AND Saturdays 9 a.m.

75-minute Breath-Based Essential Hatha Yoga class for all ages and all stages of health.  If you can breathe, you can do this yoga. Learn how asanas (poses) move the spine and prepare the body for pranayama (specific breathing practices to optimize health).  Explore and feel why yoga is essential for the body, mind, and spirit.

Gentle Breath-Led Hatha Yoga

Drop in: $14 for 75 min. class

Tuesdays 9 a.m. and Thursdays 10 a.m.                                       

Truly the same as above with even more of a focus on the internal movement of the breath.  Chairs will often be used for the asanas (poses).  Ideal for anyone new to yoga, hesitant about getting on the floor, or interested in more breath focus.
