In the series, Qi and The 4 Energy Gates each week we will learn about Cultivating our Qi (life force energy) and we will practice The Four Energy Gates so you can do it by yourself. This simple set of movements comes from Grand Master Nan Lu, who teaches from the Wu Ming tradition.
