In the series, Qi and Me, each week we will learn about Cultivating our Qi (life force energy) and we will practice The Four Energy Gates so you can do it by yourself. This simple set of movements comes from Grand Master Nan Lu, who teaches from the Wu Ming tradition. We will look at life and health through the lens of the 5 Element Theory and grow our Qi community, and explore a meditation each class to feel the benefits of the movements as we get still.
