Walk lightly with Jen and connect to nature and yourself in this group walking meditation on the TLC grounds. Many people say they can’t meditate. This is a wonderful way to explore the mind while still moving the body~ all while connecting to the earth. During this season of letting go, we will focus on nature to help us do this!
