This 3- week series allows you to take control of your health with 4 simple energy exercises. We will practice together, learn about and discuss Qi and many of the ways we see, feel, and experience Qi in our lives. We will use the 5 Element Theory to help us explore these concepts. By sharing we access more of this life-force energy. The exercises are gentle and include a meditation. Whether or not you have taken any other qigong class before, this is an opportunity to build our Qi community and your own intuition. Bring a teacup. Tea provided.
Registration required. If you are attending in person we will plan to be outside as weather permits and inside with masks if it rains.
