This class is for everyone who can breathe.
We warm up our bodies, move our spines, and check in with what our bodies, minds, and hearts need. Gently we use our breath to move the body in and out of traditional yoga postures. We cultivate strength, balance, flexibility, and relaxation to work towards steadiness of the mind. After moving the body and breath together, we still the body and practice pranayama, specific breath exercises that are medicine for the body. We finish class with a meditation.
This month we are offering in-person classes OUTSIDE as weather permits, inside (with masks) AND on Zoom.
Once you register you will receive a link for the class. Please login in 10 minutes early to make sure you can be all set up and begin on time with us. Wear comfy clothes and try to refrain from food for about 2 hours before class.
