Sound Baths are safe and are a non invasive experience.

A sound bath experience has many benefits. In our culture we are becoming more and more aware of holistic approaches for relaxation and healing to combat the everyday stresses of modern life. A sound bath/meditation can offer the perfect solution giving you the opportunity to go inward on your own terms.
Healing with Sound dates back to Ancient Greece where music was used as medicine. Indigenous cultures all over the world have used sound for supporting the mind, body and spirit.
Please dress comfortably for this mediation. You are welcome and encouraged to bring blankets, pillows and anything else that would help you rest while receiving sound during this session.
