On ZOOM – Qi and Me
Each week we will learn about Cultivating our Qi (life force energy, discuss where we see and feel Qi in nature, AND we will practice The 4 Energy Gates. This simple set of movements comes from Grand Master Nan Lu, who teaches from the Wu Ming tradition. We will share what we discover in our group and personal practices using the lens of the 5 Element Theory. Whether you do this practice by itself, or as a launchpad for deeper work, there is no risk, and the possibilities for growth are endless. ALL adults can do these movements, no matter your health issues.
