Grief and Growth Yoga Class

Like everything in nature, we grow out of the darkness. It’s happening all the time! Autumn’s leaves feed the spring seedlings. As humans we often look at our endings/deaths as ‘negative’. In this breath-led yoga class, we will look at it from a different angle, as essential nutrients feeding the soil of our growth.
As we leave the dark days of winter we will move the body and breath with special attention to what has ended in our lives this season to help us transition with more ease into what we are becoming. This yoga class is for ALL bodies. No yoga experience necessary. Bring a journal or notebook and an open heart. Spring is coming.
