This 75 minute breath-led yoga class is the perfect way to wind down before dinner and bed!  Move your body gently with your breath as your guide.  Then quiet the body and practice specific breath exercises designed for relaxation.  Finally, sit quietly in stillness.

5 -6:15 p.m.

If inspired, STAY for the 6:30 p.m. Group Sit for 45 minutes- donations accepted.
